Gary Lee
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Chairman of the Board
Gary Lee founded LIGHTMED in 1997, building the company from a startup into a global medical laser technology leader trusted by physicians and patients in 80+ countries.
His vision has always been to build laser systems that prioritize clinical outcomes, optical quality, and peace of mind. That philosophy continues to guide LIGHTMED's product development today.
Under Gary's leadership, LIGHTMED has pioneered innovations such as SP-Mode® and Fiberless Core Tech™. As Executive Chairman, he now focuses on venture capital strategy while continuing to steer the company's long-term direction.

Gary Lee
CEO & Executive Chairman of the Board
Founded LIGHTMED in 1997. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University; dual M.S. degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Previously an Engineer and Far-East Representative at HGM Medical Laser System, Inc.
David Lee
Board Member
Joined LIGHTMED as a Consultant in 2004 and was appointed to the Board within a year. Over 25 years in banking at Chang Hwa Bank as Assistant Manager. Associate Degree in Cooperation Accounting from International Commercial College.
George Lee
Board Member
Appointed to the Board in March 1999. 15 years as Production Manager in electronics at Ho-Yi Corporation. Led Beijing LIGHTMED Trade Co., Ltd. as President from 2002–2017. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Huazhou Gongjia College.
Ching-Ho Chen
Board Member
Joined LIGHTMED's Board in 2005. Concurrently leads Longmen Construction Corporation as CEO. Previously owned Cheng-Yeh Corporation, a trading company, for 15 years. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Tamkang University.
