LIGHTMED offers a standard one-year warranty for all our laser devices. Additional 1 or 2 year extended warranties may be purchased at an additional cost before products are delivered.
If you purchased your laser device through one of our partner distributors, please contact them directly for service and support inquiries. If you do not receive a response from your distributor within 48 hours, please submit a service request to LIGHTMED.
