LightMed operates throughout the world by selling its products through independent Distributors. LightMed takes great care in its selection of new distributors in order that we only provide our customers with reliable and trustworthy distributors.
Distributors are required to be able to demonstrate to us that they are committed to the customer and will continue to support their customers long after the initial sale is made. We believe strongly in offering excellent after sales service to the customer and of course to the distributor.
Distributors are also required to attend training courses at various times on the various products we offer. This training includes both sales and service so we can be sure that the sales people have a good knowledge about the products and how to operate them, and the service engineers have a full knowledge on installation, maintenance and repairs.
2. Locating your local Distributor
You are invited to " Contact us " at LightMed in order to find your local distributor. Please be sure to advise us of all your details and we will either pass your details on to the local distributor so they can contact you or we can give you their details so you can make contact personally if that is your preference.
We are appointing new distributors in some regions so if at this time we do not have a local distributor then we will be happy to provide you with any details you require directly and when a distributor is appointed in your region they can be advised of your interest.
3. New Distributors
Distributors are the key to the success of LightMed. We are regularly reviewing potential distributors to identify those that can best provide the service to the customer that we are looking for.
If you believe you can be the distributor we are looking for, for the region where you currently represent other products that are non-competing against LightMed, then you are welcome to send your Company details to us using the " Contact Us " page.
Be sure to send us complete details about your company including the following information:
- Your full Company name, address and contact details including email address
- Your Company Profile
- The region that you want to represent LightMed for
- A list of other products that you currently sell and service in your region
- How many service personnel you now have
- What is the state of the market in your region for the products that LightMed offers
- Are you able to coordinate the registration process in your region for our products
When we receive these details from you then we will review them and make further contact with you as required until an agreement can be entered into.
As a LightMed Distributor you will be fully supported by us during the course of the agreement including training in sales and service.
